Found this awesome Cuban spot near home called Havanas. I’ve been eating there for a few months and I am addicted to their chicharron de pollo! (chunks of deliciously marinated chicken that is then fried)
I had it with brown rice, black beans, and tostones. (smashed green plantains that I fried twice)
I was starving when I first arrived so I took down some Cuban bread that was just out of the oven. It’s safe to assume I had NOTHING for dinner, still full!
